Its conceptualized in July 2013, as a European Company dedicated to the product’s generation, through the integration of cutting-edge and emergent technologies. Being a technological integrator of Barcelona origin, the name Bint was given to abbreviate "Barcelona Integrative Technologies & Electronics".
